Investors Action Forum Charitable Trust (IAFCT) is Association of Pancard Clubs Ltd investors. Registered in Jan 2017 under Trust act in Charity commissioner office Mumbai wide Registration No. E-32867. But started working in Oct 2016 by intervening in case of Pancard Clubs Ltd. v/s SEBI in Securities Appellate Tribunal ( SAT)which was going since Sep 2014 and Pancard Clubs Ltd. denying investors’ money giving reason of SEBI case. IAFCT intervene on 4th Oct 2016 through few investors in First Miscellaneous Application in which we added another three Miscellaneous Application. IAFCT shown many facts with documentary evidence & on basis of that SAT court given Order on 12 May 2017 to refund the investors money.

Now we are working to get back our hard earned money as early as possible. In this movement we want maximum investors to join us. As we are living in democratic Nation where maximum peoples majority will give us quick results.

Objectives of the Trust

Educate investors related to all kind of investment instruments including Collective Investment Scheme's (CIS)

Popularise, demand and advocate for greater investor protection of all kinds including for full, fair and reasonable disclosure of information relating to investment instruments for transparent and investor friendly market operation. Undertake or support various ways and means to protect the rights,titles,claims and interests of investors.

To commence, continue, intervene, prosecute, defend, represent, answer or oppose all kinds of actions and proceedings before the competent authorities ( any Judicial or quasi-Judicial or Government or quasi Government or public body or authority ) on behalf of investors to protect their rights.
